I hereby grant High Road Scholars LLC permission to use photographs or videos of my child/children in any of the following:

• Web based publications

• Print advertisements

• Organization bulletins

I hereby affirm that such release to High Road Scholars LLC does not constitute any form of compensation including royalties arising from the photos or videos, to my benefit. The authority granted is royalty-free and irrevocable and no compensation is due to me or my child for use. 

I understand and agree that photos and videos in the possession of High Road Scholars LLC shall become the property of High Road Scholars LLC.

High Road Scholars LLC can use the image, video, voice, and fact of participation of me or my child in the Activity in any/all of the above approved media for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or otherwise promoting High Road Scholars and its affiliates. 

High Road Scholars LLC is under no obligation to actually use the likeness of me or my child, and retains sole discretion on the content of its promotional materials. 

I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve of photos or videos by which my child/children appears. 

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge High Road Scholars LLC from all claims demands and causes of action which I and my child/children, heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
